Day 32- The Bitch in Me

I have been a PMS'ing somebody! I'm sitting at work, giving everybody the mean eye when they come into my cube...it got to the point that my supervisor & a product manager asked me was I okay...the product manager asked me twice. I told them both that I'd be alright (wanted add "when you leave me the fuck alone!).

Breakfast was some stove cooked oatmeal. I gotta admit, I fucked it up. As much as I can cook and like to cook, you'd think oatmeal will be a cinch for me. Not when you forgot to add milk & butter. Needless to say, I couldn't eat all of it. It tasted like it looked- mushy cereal. Lunch was leftover meatloaf, a sliver of cabbage and a couple of forkfuls of potatoes. Dinner was chicken salad on multigrain bread. I can't stress enough how good this bread is. I get it from Ukrop's, and it has all kinds of chunks in it. The only downside is it's fresh bread, and will go stale or mold in a few days (not like the shelf bread that has a little longer life). I'm the only one in the house that eats it, and I can't see eating an entire loaf in three days...I can't pay Cam to eat something that looks like.

Exercise was 4/15 weights (triceps & biceps), and phase 1 Pilates. I'm scheduled to include phase 2 next week. I hope I can live through it. I did an analysis of my exercise over the past month, and I did okay! Out of 30 days, I did 17 of actual exercise (I decided against including dancing- though I should have) and walked 16 miles! I'll find out Saturday if I've lost any weight, but I know I'm losing inches.

Overall, besides being a bitch, I'm feeling good. I've forgotten to take my Weight Smarts, so I've got to get back in stride with that again.
