Day Two- What the Fuck???
Okay, I'm hyped about that National Body Challenge sponsored by Discovery. I'm sending y'all the link & shit, and come to find out, the registration is closed. So-o-o-o, I found another site that I'm referring to called ivillage, and they have a fitness category. I'm doing the 5-day jump start diet where I starve myself for 5-days to get my metabolism going & burning fat reserves.
Okay, so I don't actually starve myself, but eating 2 tsp of peanuts & an orange for breakfast isn't cutting it for a chick that loves cheesesteak omelets.
Here goes:
Yesterday, I (again) skipped breakfast, ate New England Clam Chowder for lunch. Got pissed off and snacked on a Nutrageous bar & Doritos, ate 2 chicken wings and rice & sauce for dinner...at almost 9 o'clock last night.
Didn't exercise, but again, will make every effort tonight. I was mad yesterday, and said "Fuck the World, Don't Ask Me for Shit!!" and ate Nutrageous.
How did I feel overall? (refer to the previous sentence). I REALLY need to get to a reliable scale so I can record my weight. I have a fitness journal that's gonna help out a lot (I like writing shit down), and I can write my meals in advance.
Anybody know of any good fit breakfasts??

Unfortunately I am blogger challenged. So before I get too far behind.
Here is my update! Keep in mind I was coming down with a cold this
weekend by Sunday night I was totally sick!
Friday 21- Breakfast: 1 1/2 Cups of Coffee & About 4 mini-powdered
donuts.
Lunch: Fresh fruit, 3 finger sandwiches, 1 (nasty) Deviled
egg, 1 piece of chocolate candy, water
Dinner: 2 pieces of fried chicken, slice of low carb white
bread, Large portion of Mac & Cheese, yogurt & water
Saturday 22:- Breakfast: Two eggo waffles, 1 piece of fried chicken &
water/2 cups of Hot tea.
Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with potato chips and
water
Snack: About 4 or 6 famous amos Chocolate chip cookies & yogurt
Dinner: BBQ sandwich with slaw, water/ 2 cups of Hot tea
Sunday 23- Breakfast: Two eggo waffles, 2 cups of tea
Lunch: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with potato chips,
4 or 5 famous amos cookies and water
Dinner: Couple of bits of a cheese burger ( threw it away,
did not taste good) yogurt, chips, hot tea.
Monday 24- Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: Twice baked potato (Stuffed with: cheese, sour
cream, bacon & chives)
Dinner: Raisin Bran Crunch cereal water/ cold tea
I didn't exercise at all this past weekend. <- But I blame that on my
cold. I am consistent with taking my "one a day" vitamins. Also I have
been soft drink free for about two weeks now.
